Abstract

The digital era has brought significant advancements across various sectors, but it has also increased the complexity and risks of fraud. This journal explores how collaboration between good government governance and information technology can play a role in fraud prevention. Utilizing a structured literature review, this research draws from the findings of 31 relevant journals. The journal concludes that good governance, encompassing principles of transparency, accountability, and oversight, can minimize opportunities for fraud to occur. On the other hand, information technology, such as artificial intelligence and big data analytics, is effective in detecting anomaly patterns that are not easily recognized manually.
